5/19/08 - I am a little late in getting this updated, as we've been pretty busy here at Kinetic Koffee World HQ. This month's Special Roast is a returning favorite from last year, the Guatemala La Voz. It's a wonderful dark roast with a nicely balanced, dense body and fruity and chocolate overtones. One of my regular customers ordered 20 bags the day he heard I was getting this, so you should order yours soon!
May in Arcata means many things - the Spring fogs roll in, the students at HSU and College of the Redwoods prepare to leave for the summer and our namesake, the Kinetic Sculpture Race takes place.
