Coffee

Our Roaster seeks out new and unique coffees from around the world and purchases only one or two bags of the raw beans - usually only 132 to 154 pounds per bag.  These roasts are only available for a short period of time.  Once the bag is gone, it's gone! 

You can call us or check out the Blog for the latest roasts. The roast profile will vary, as each roast is optimized for that particular bean.

You have four choices of koffee and three lengths of subscription:

Mellow, wholesome, calling you to breakfast, like buttered whole wheat toast.

Full-bodied with dark chocolate overtones and a hint of sweet blossom.

Nice combination of body and acidity with a solid orange/citrus influence.

Very smooth cup, balanced hazelnut and caramel with a subtle chocolate undertone.

Great crema, very smooth. The finish is a nice combination of fruit and floral notes that one cupper described as “a party in your mouth."
