At Kinetic Koffee, we always strive to conduct business in a way that is consistent with our values.

We purchase only Certified Organic coffee beans, and we purchase from farms owned and operated by minority groups such as women and family owned businesses. Our coffees are always naturally shade grown and we search for farms utilizing environmentally sustainable practices. You can taste the difference in the first sip.

Founded in 1994, Campesinos Ecologicos de la Sierra Madre de Chiapas (CESMACH) cooperative is well known for its strong leadership and adept organization. The cooperative's staff and members understand that to succeed they must strike a balance between developing social programs and building a competitive business. This focus distinguishes CESMACH from other cooperatives.

The balance is reflected in the co-op's three maxims:

Conservation of natural resources
Strong value of respect, loyalty, democracy, social participation and non-discrimination
Economic profitability and efficiency

Members have 1,250 hectares under organic coffee cultivation.
